graduated from Tufts University in 1984 with a B.A. in English and Political Science. She earned her law degree from
the University of Maine School of Law in 1988. Sheilah was a partner at the law firm of Douglas, Denham, Buccina, and
Ernst, where she worked during and upon graduating from law school, before opening her own practice in 2009.
of practice include general civil litigation, family law, divorce, estate planning, probate, and contract disputes. Sheilah is a
member of the Maine State Bar Association and the Maine Estate Planning Council. She underwent training at the National
Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and teaches groups about estate planning issues.
